ನಂಜನಗೂಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಜಾತ್ರೆಯು 06 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್, 2014 ಶನಿವಾರದಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠೇಶ್ವರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಿಕ್ಕಜಾತ್ರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ  ರಥಾರೊಹಣವು ಉದಯಕಾಲ 8:30 - 9:00 ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಾಲಯದ (ನಂಜನಗೂಡು ದೇವಾಲಯ) ಮುಂದೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.

08 ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್, 2014 ಸೋಮವಾರದಂದು ಸಂಜೆ 7 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ತೆಪ್ಪೋತ್ಸವವು ಕಪಿಲಾ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದ.


Chikka Jaathre (ನಂಜನಗೂಡು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಜಾತ್ರೆ) at Nanjangud is on Tuesday, Saturday, 6th December 2014.

There will be procession of 3 small chariots in the "Ratha Beedi" (Chariot Streets) of the Nanjangud Town. The devotees of Sri Nanjundeshwara pull the chariots in the chariot streets from Sri Srikanteshwara Temple (Nanjangud Temple).

Rathaarohana is between 8:30am to 9:00am on 06-12-2014 in Dhanur lagna. There will be no sevas/pooja bookings for this day (06-12-2014).

Teppotsava (Utsava on boat) is on Monday, 08-12-2014 evening 7:00pm.  The Utsava murthi of Sri Nanjundeshwara is kept on the boat in River Kapila and the Teppotsava is performed.

On 04 Jyly, 2014, "Kashi Yatra" is performed at 5pm and "Dhaaramahotsava" is performed at 7pm.

The Chariot Festival (Dodda Jaatre, Gautama Pancha Maha Rathotsava) at Nanjangud is on Friday, 11 April, 2014. The ceremony of placing the Utsava Murthy of Lord Sri Srikanteshwara called as Rathaarohana will take place between 5:20 - 6:10 am near Sri Srikanteshwara Swamy Temple (Nanjangud Temple).

Teppotsava (Utsava in boat) is on Sunday, 13 April 2014 at 7 pm in River Kapila.

The website provides details of festivals, sevas and facilities available at Nanjundeshwara Temple. The Gallery has many photographs of temple and dodda jaathre festival.

The official website of Nanjangud Temple also mentions an address of another Govt. of Karnataka website where the online booking of the facilities available at various temples can be done. But the website is not yet functioning. ( karnatakatempleyatra.kar.nic.in ). Once it starts functioning, devotees can do online booking of various facilities/sevas.
